The hotel needs to improve its management to enhance its cleanliness and staff qualifications. the furniture in the rooms seemed worn out, and the quality of the hotel services did not match the high price.

During Christmas, my family and I had a great time in this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast offered a variety of fresh food including eggs, bacon, and fruits. the hotel was located near a forest and a river, creating a peaceful atmosphere for morning walks. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home during our stay.

The only downside was that the swimming pool was smaller than expected from its picture, which was a bit disappointing. , the outside area was not well-maintained, as we noticed some loose platforms near the ponds and rocky ground under the zipline.

The restaurant near the hotel had a nice location and offered some good food choices. Our room was spacious and had grab handles in the bathroom, which made it convenient for us. the breakfast was well-presented and had a good selection of fresh food.

The staff seemed disorganized and there was a lack of road signs leading to the hotel.
